A paralegal, a saleswoman, accounting professional and business manager, SYCON Office Manager Lynette Brown is, above all, a New Orleans Saints fan. When she can peel herself away from work, she and her husband hit the nearest (or furthest, if the need arises) white sandy beach for much needed rest and relaxation.
A native of Mumbai, India and a travel enthusiast, Prasanna came to the U.S. in 2009 to complete his master’s degree in electrical engineering. Now calling Lafayette home, he came to SYCON from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he contributed to a variety of computer and electrical engineering research projects.

Prior to starting in the controls industry, Trent worked as a Nuclear Machinist’s Mate aboard the USS John C Stennis. A long time auto mechanic who went back to college later in life, Joshua graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Electrical Engineering. He has spent his professional time as an integrator in the oil gas industry prior to coming to SYCON. He now finds use for his tools by helping his three daughters fix their bikes and broken toys.
Chris Simon isn’t just a CAD specialist, he’s a design and planning enthusiast. When not putting in hours drawing up dream automation designs for SYCON clients, Chris takes his love for making things work back to his community, serving on his home town’s zoning commission.
Tony Lentini, Jr.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Tony was raised by deaf parents and is prolific in American Sign Language (ASL). When he’s not master crafting custom control panels, Tony also works and volunteers as a sign language interpreter. Tony’s experience and education in electrical technology is a great asset to the SYCON panel shop.
Tony’s career launched at Florida’s Kennedy Space Center in support of space operations. He is happy to have landed back in Cajun Country, loving the crawfish and eager to put his technical background to use as our Business Development Manager.
